The key to being a great merchandiser is to promote and obtain the goods that are going to be sold to customers. This can involve going to international fashion events, buying fashion goods at market and negotiating with merchants, manufacturers, retailers and designers.

The spring/summer 2018 fashion trends are nothing if not bright, bold and really quite beautiful. In fact, it was a show season full of actual fashion moments, and that’s not hyperbole. The Sony World Photography Awards, an annual competition hosted by the World Photography Organisation, just announced its shortlist of winners for 2018. This year’s contest attracted nearly 320,000 entries from more than 200 countries.
